Our service and support options
We supply what we feel are the best products on the market, that way we know the products well and carry the relevant spares. We also fully service and test all our machines, new or used – before they go on site. All of this minimises any problems before they can appear which greatly increases reliability and takings for our customers.
Because of our rigorous preparation with all machines we can keep our service response times short and our personal attention high.
We’ve been operating for over 25 years and based near Reading, at the centre of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Our service area includes: Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, West London and we stray into Leicestershire. However we can go further when necessary – please call us to enquire.
When working with the BUG team you will have direct contact with the two partners in the business for every aspect of our service including; the initial site visit, installation, collections, machine changes and service calls. So, if there is anything you want to discuss we can sort it there and then. You won’t ever get lost in a voice mail or hold queue with BUG Amusements!
